The resources available to Broadvision customers via the Customer Support Portal have been moved to the two Clearvale networks:
The QuickSilver Connection: http://qs-connection.clearvale.com/ (for QuickSilver customers)
BVWorld: http://bvworld.clearvale.com/ (for BV7 and 8 Enterprise, Portal, Content and Commerce customers)
All BroadVision customers are invited to use these networks. On The QuickSilver Connection, product documentation is available to all members of the network. Access to QuickSilver patches is restricted to network members with a current maintenance contract. Members should request to join the QuickSilver Patch Downloads community to access these.
On BVWorld, access to product documentation and patches is restricted to network members with a current maintenance contract. Members should request to join the Product Documentation and Product Patches communities to access these.
